By using WeightLytic, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not to trick you.

Not medical advice

WeightLytic is a tracking tool, not a medical service. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for decisions about medications, diet or exercise — especially if you're using a GLP-1 medication.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens on your account.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the app or web; access continues until the end of your billing period.

Fair use of AI features

Some features (such as AI food-photo analysis, nutrition-label scanning and the AI Coach) are powered by AI and cost us money each time they run. Where a plan describes a feature as "unlimited", that means unlimited for normal personal use, subject to a fair-use policy: we apply reasonable daily limits to prevent abuse, automated or bulk use, and excessive usage that is far beyond a typical individual. These limits can change as we tune the service; if your usage approaches a limit you'll be told in the app. We may temporarily slow, pause or restrict AI features to protect the service and keep it sustainable for everyone.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service, reverse-engineer it, attempt to extract API keys or tokens, automate or resell access, or use it to harm others. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

WeightLytic is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email.
